The project aims at providing training programmes in developing capacities for the design and management of cultural projects, using tools and languages that fit with international standards for development cooperation.
The Learning Platform
Within the project a learning centre for ASEAN members has been created: it consists in an online learning platform, a common space to share knowledge, experiences, tools and languages among cultural institutions in the ASEAN region.
The learning centre will offer training courses to support the sustainable development of cultural heritage in ASEAN countries and to strengthen the connections among ASEAN countries and between ASEAN countries and Italian communities of scientists and cultural managers.
The first online course:
“Holistic and sustainable approach to the management and safeguarding of cultural heritage”
The first online course available on the platform is entitled “Holistic and sustainable approach to the management and safeguarding of cultural heritage” and it offers a new, broader, holistic approach to the profession of cultural manager.
